　彼のスタイルは、オーティス・ラッシュとＲ・クレーからエリック・クラプトンとスティービー・レイ・ボーン まで黒人と白人のブルース・プレーヤーに大きく影響。彼なしでは現代ギターは語れない。

　これらの曲を収録したスタックス1枚目のアルバム「Born Under A Bad Sign」を1968年にリリース。このアルバムは歴史的名盤との評価が高い。スタックスでの成功からアルバートはフィルモア・ウェストにも出演するようになった。1968年夏のフィルモアでの演奏はライブ盤「Live Wire/Blues Power」としてリリースされた。

　以後、1970年から1980年代は快調に数々のアルバムをリリース、所属レーベルの倒産など逆境をもろともせずに健在ぶりを見せ続けた。コンサートの模様がドキュメンタリー映画にもなるほどの人気を博す。1991年に最期のアルバムになる「Red House」をリリース。かなりロックっぽいサウンドになり大人気。しかし、1992年12月21日メンフィスの自宅で心臓発作のため死亡。数日前にロサンゼルスでのコンサートをこなしたばかりで急死だった。

По состоянию на утро 12 февраля в Киеве на карантин из-за гриппа и ОРВИ закрыты 119 школ. Как выяснили журналисты «Фразы», при этом 23 школы возобновили занятия.

«На утро понедельника 119 школьных заведений закрыты в Киеве. При этом за неделю 23 школы возобновили занятия после недельного перерыва», — заявила на брифинге директор Департамента образования и науки, молодежи и спорта Елена Фиданян Фиданян, сообщает «Сегодня».

Также по состоянию на 12 февраля гриппом и ОРВИ заболели 25 тысяч 831 человек. По словам директора Департамента здравоохранения КГГА Валентины Гинзбург, из заболевших 25 831 человек около 70% — дети. Выросла заболеваемость и среди школьников, несмотря на введенные «карантинные» меры.

Также Гинзбург сообщила, что на данный момент в медицинских учреждениях из-за болезни находятся 11 человек, среди них 2 детей.

На данный момент заболеваемость в Киеве ниже эпидемиологического порога на 15%.|
